CURRENT STATUS: Foster Needed

At a year old and 38 lbs she's a nicely manageable size — big enough to keep up on an adventure, small enough to curl up on the couch afterward. And she is just plain sweet. There's no other word for her. Elvira likes everybody. Kids? She loves them. Other dogs? She Loves them. Cats? She Loves them too. She's one of those rare dogs who hasn't yet met a creature she didn't want to be friends with.

Like every dog coming into a new home, Elvira will need decompression time. A quiet couple of weeks to settle in, with introductions kept slow even though she's friendly. Give her that, and she'll show you who she really is.
