Archie is an 8.5-month-old Golden Retriever mix weighing 55 lbs of pure puppy enthusiasm. Through no fault of his own, he's looking for a forever family that will help him grow into the amazing dog he's meant to be.

Like any adolescent puppy, Archie is still learning his manners. He's a big, goofy boy who doesn't quite realize how strong he is yet, so he'll thrive with a patient family that's excited to continue his training and give him the structure he needs to succeed.

• Puppy manners - he can jump up and become mouthy when excited. He simply needs guidance and consistency as he matures
