CURRENT STATUS: Foster Needed

8 years old • Male • 18 lbs

Sweet Alfonso is a gentle older gentleman who has been through enough and is now looking for something simple — a quiet, safe place to decompress and someone willing to give him time.

Alfonso is dog friendly and would do best in a calm home without small children. Kids 12+ He needs a patient foster who understands that settling into a new environment takes time and that trust doesn’t have to happen overnight. He needs someone who understands that double leashes, and proper decompression is important for this sweet boy.

Alfonso is crate trained, and would love a soft and cozy crate to decompress in. He would love a quiet home where he can relax, learn his routine, and slowly begin to feel safe and secure. With patience, consistency, and a little time, we believe Alfonso will show just how special he is.
