Looking for a pup with personality, energy, and endless love to give? Meet Pepper – a 5-month-old Shepherd/Husky mix who’s 22 lbs of pure excitement and potential!

This sweet, super-friendly girl is full of zoomies and zest for life. Whether it’s chasing squeaky toys, chewing on bones, or trying to make friends with every dog she sees, Pepper is always ready for action. She’s got the happy-go-lucky heart of a Shepherd and the independent, adventurous spirit of a Husky — a winning combo for an active family!

💥 Energy Level: High (read: let’s go on a hike, then play fetch, then maybe another walk?)
🐕 Dog Friendly: Yes! She loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a canine buddy to learn from and play with.
😻 Cat Friendly: Only with dog-savvy cats – she has a high prey drive and may be a bit too interested in feline friends.
🧒 Kid Friendly: Best with older children for now — she’s still working on her manners and loves to jump up to say hi!
🚗 Car Rides: She’s not a fan just yet — she’ll need a little help getting in, but we’re working on it!
🏠 Crate Trained: Tolerates the crate for a few hours, but would prefer not to be left too long.
🦴 Training: Knows sit and shake-a-paw, working on down and curbing her husky-style counter surfing! She’s got that classic Husky stubborn streak but is smart and eager with the right guidance.

Pepper is looking for a home with structure, love, and plenty of activity. She’d be okay as an only dog, but we think she’d really blossom with a playful sibling and a family who’s ready to help her channel that puppy energy into adventure, fun, and continued training.
