MEET MAVERICK

Maverick is a super loving and amazing dog, who is in need of a soft place to land at no fault of his own. He has been well treated, and VERY loved but due to unforeseen circumstances he’s on the look out for a family or person who can provide an active, affectionate home.

Personality & Temperament

• 🐕 Very active, playful, and friendly with all people and dogs

• 🐾 Can be a little overexcited at first but settles into playful energy

• 🥰 Very affectionate and clingy—he loves being close to his people

• 🐾 Never bitten and no history of aggression

• 🐾 Has not been tested with cats

Training & Behaviour

• 🎓 Well-trained with good recall (though can get distracted when overstimulated or sniffing something interesting)

• 🦮 Comes with a bed, toys, food, collar, training collar, and leashes

• 🍽️ Eats Nulo Salmon and Sweet Potato food (he is allergic to chicken and eggs)

Ideal Home

Maverick would thrive in an active home where he has plenty of opportunities to run, play, and get affection. A family, couple, or individual who enjoys outdoor activities and has time to engage with him would be perfect. A home without cats is preferable (since he hasn't been tested with them).
