Teddy

CURRENT STATUS: Available for Adoption/Foster to Adopt

Teddy is the best boy, and he's had a rough road to get here.

Teddy is 2 years old and weighs 50lbs. He is calm, well-behaved, and smart as a whip. He's completed obedience training and knows how to listen. His new family just needs to keep up the consistency and hold him accountable, and he'll continue to thrive. He walks like a dream on a leash alongside his foster brother, racking up 5-10km a day, and he genuinely needs that exercise to be his best self. He's crate trained, rides like a champ in the car, has great recall, and is fiercely loyal - this dog will stick by your side no matter what.

Socially, Teddy is an absolute gem. There's never been a dog or human he didn't like. That said, he'd do best as an only "child" in a home with no small kids — he's ready to be the baby of the family. Although, he wouldn't mind having some older siblings/kids in the home and Teddt would thrive alongside another dog, having learned so much from his foster brother, and I know he'd be happiest with a furry sibling to keep him company.

Teddy has a fairly serious chicken allergy (as you can see), but he's healing well and will go home with a bag of the turkey and salmon food (Costco brand) that's been working for him. He's fully vetted, neutered, and up to date on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Teddy is loved hard by his foster and the whole team at Wagtime Kennels, and we're asking that his new family keep him enrolled in weekly daycare there, plus stay local so he can keep up his visits and get the play and exercise he needs.

Included in Teddy's adoption fee:

💚3 daycare visits at Wagtime Kennel

💚One bag of his allergy-friendly food

💚Fully vetted, up to date on flea/tick/HW prevention

💚Neutered
