I’m a super sweet, playful girl with a big heart. I love attention and enjoy playing just as much as I enjoy my downtime. I have a moderate energy level, so I’m always up for fun but also happy to relax and settle in. I would do best in a family home with kids 8+, since I can get a little jumpy when I’m excited - I just really want to play! Sometimes I jump and mouth a bit, but I respond well to gentle redirection (and treats… treats help a lot ).
I’m fantastic in my crate - truly a rock star. I sleep quietly there at night and relax calmly while my humans are at work. Kids can come and go and you’d barely know I’m around. I’ve even been left out of my crate for short trips with zero concerns. I’m house-trained and do well with a consistent routine. Car rides? LOVE them. I like to sit shotgun and ride calmly - seatbelt recommended for safety, of course. I’m great with other dogs and would likely love having a sibling. I live with three dogs (including bullies and a small Boston), and I play well (sometimes a bit rough) , but I’m easily redirected with a simple “no, gentle.” I even play with my pet piggie! I’m respectful of senior dogs and know when to leave them be.
No cats for me. I tend to bark, chase, and fixate, so a cat-free home would be best for me.I walk well on a leash, though I am strong and can pull a bit. I’d benefit from continued work on polite greetings, jumping, and mouthing, but I’m eager to learn and very food-motivated.When new people come into the house, I may bark at first, especially men or people wearing hats or hoods. I just need a little time, calm introductions, and reassurance to know I’m safe. Once I warm up, my sweet personality shines through.
If you’re looking for a loving, playful, crate-trained companion who just needs a bit of patience and guidance, I might be your girl.
I am spayed, up to date on vetting, heartworm negative and come with 30 days of free pet insurance to an approved adopter.
