Spot is a goofy, lovable boy who is sure to win your heart! This sweet boy loves to cuddle and will follow his person wherever they go. He prefers to sleep in the bed with you, always making sure some part of him is touching you. He’s an excellent cuddler and just wants to be close to his people. Spot has a great love for balls and has never missed catching one, no matter the size or distance. He also enjoys playing with his toys, especially ones that make a crinkle sound, and he's recently learned how to engage with interactive toys, like a moving ball that he loves to watch. Although Spot is a bit of a nervous boy when it comes to loud noises, new places, and people, he is making progress. We think Spot would benefit from a home with another dog he can gain some confidence from or learn the ropes from.

He’s been working on car rides, and while he needs a little help getting into the car, once he's in, he’s happy to enjoy the sights through the window. Spot needs a family that has time for him. He does not want to be left home alone all day. He’s still a work in progress, and Spot would benefit from a dog-savvy owner who can provide structure and continue his training. He needs adequate exercise or another dog to keep him company and entertained. Spot has a soft spot for food and treats, which makes him very eager to learn and build trust. Spot would do best in a calmer home. A calm, adult-only home or one with children over 12 would be ideal. He just needs some confidence, and a family has time for him. He would also benefit from a dog buddy, as he has lived with another dog in the past and seems to enjoy the company.

Spot is still learning to navigate the world, but with patience, consistency, and lots of cuddles, he will make a loyal and loving companion. If you’re looking for a dog who will protect you with all his heart and reward your love with devotion, Spot is the one for you!
